The Third Sector Studies in Central and Eastern Europe web site was established to provide an information centre and a forum for people who are interested in the development of the Nonprofit Sector in Central Eastern Europe, and particularly in the development of University College level Third Sector Studies in the region.
The web site was created as a part of the Third Sector Institute project - chairman Robert Payton from the Indiana Center on Philanthropy, Indianapolis, USA - and its maintenance is made possible by the generous gift of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
